Organize and control sales efforts to cover the local market extensively and intensively, Capacity allocation to optimize revenue, market share and maximize lifting's, Organize and control customer support processes to give all customers the feedback they require, Market development - identify, contact, capture and retain new customers, Account responsibilities for specific accounts, Revenue receivables, Roll out training programs, daily process management and refinement. Additional Responsibilities would includes: Managing overall ICD operations, co-coordinating with customs, CONCOR officials ,problem solving, Improving operational procedures and systems, and service innovation, monitoring and control of all operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
