Primary responsibilities of the incumbent would be to lead the sales team., set targets and allocate them, devise and implement strategies to achieve and exceed those targets, Responsible for performance in all trade lanes, Monitor performance; extend help and guidance, Ensure proper equipment availability and utilization by developing an account base such that equipment balance is achieved automatically, Daily monitoring of bookings & reporting to foreign principals. Monitoring of receivables & outstanding and reporting the same periodically to the Management. In addition the candidate would also be required to represent the Line in various Conferences, liaison with Principals & Government bodies, Co-ordinate activities on All India basis Planning, Budgeting & Budgetary control, Identification of new markets, Strategy formulation, Manpower planning, training and motivating the sales staff & strategy formulation.
